Well it would have been difficult for him to get much worse than the last few seasons. How are the sales of clothes pegs and lucky heather going?

Depends on whether it's a good summer or a poor one. He has started well, although a Saddlers supporting mate tells me that they are already starting to see some of the weaknesses that we know so well, but they are prepared to overlook them whilst he is scoring. Shame you can't enjoy what's happening at Planet Greenhous, without harping back to a former player who would probably be 5th choice striker if he had stayed.
Haha, don't lie to yourself! Bradshaw has been fantastic for us so far this season.
Long season old season I appreciate, but Bradshaw is getting better and better.
Pleased to hear it. It was the right time for him to leave us and he might still have been struggling for goals if he'd stayed here. Hope he does well, very well indeed if we have a sell on clause . He's moved on and so have we. Football's not played with hindsight.

Really annoying how every time he scores people start talking about him like he's missed here . He was not good for us . Even tom eaves had a decent goals/games ratio for us maybe we should bring him back aswell! I am sick of hearing about Bradshaw !

Have you got B&A on voice mode? Or does your device insist you click on every thread and will not relax unless you've' read each one?

Or does your device insist you click on every thread and will not relax unless you've' read each one? when you come on blue and amber after a long depressing journey from Southend and log onto blue and amber for some other people thoughts on where it went wrong and what we could do to improve things and then there's people on about tom Bradshaw as if he would have had us marching to league 2 domination!

You'll most likely be flamed for saying something negative, but in all forms of reality true, but hey, when his major lack of goals sets in for the winter, you can be the first to say 'I told you so'. There were so many occasions in which this happened last season for me.

If i was a Walsall fan i wouldn't be impressed that a player on our books that isnt playing choose to go and watch our rivals play.
Couldn't care less what Bradshaw does in his own time. In the red shirt of Walsall he is God!

Probably is a God to you lot, who worship Turnipmen and eat roadkill.

Bradshaw goes from us to Walsall and will probably never play at a higher level than League One. Woods comes to us after leaving Walsall and will eventually move on to at least Championship level and hopefully Premier League, netting us a very large fee in the process. Who got the better deal?

The ultimate charity football match, our current team against: Weale in goal, Nicky Wroe, Ian Sharpps, Bradshaw, Lowe and loads of loan players who failed at Shrewsbury, including two from Dagenham. Special guest star: Tom Eaves.

Ex keeper, did Bradshaw ever steal your girlfriend from you?! Just a thought.

In the cases of some.... hoping to relive past glories isn't always possible. We move on.

If it wasn't for GT offering Bradshaw a new contract when everyone else was expecting him to be handed a one way ticket to non league football he wouldn't be banging in the goals for the g***s as he currently is. I hope Tom buys GT a nice big food hamper for Christmas!

No concerns about him playing against Town. He is just another player who may possibly score in the match. However even if he does score it doesn't mean Walsall will win.
I am sure MM isn't losing any sleep about him being in the Walsall team.

Ex keeper, did Bradshaw ever steal your girlfriend from you?! Just a thought. I said when he moved on that it was probably best for both him and STFC, that he moved to new pastures and I also wished him good luck. I stand by my comment above that I feel we have probably got the best of the two deals, as one day soon Woods will move on for a hell of a lot of money. Sounds as though you don't agree.

All the very best to Tom Bradshaw.
I hope he has a good career.
But he wouldn't get on the bench for us just now, and that's why we're going to be promoted.

There seems to be a lot of bitterness towards Bradshaw on here but why? What chance did Bradshaw ever have to cement a place in the team? Why did GT bring him on for five minutes or less each game? Why did Marvin Morgan get so much game time when he couldnt hit a barn door? Bradshaw had a bad deal at Shrewsbury. It is obvious that the Walsall manager has set his team up to play to Bradshaws' strengths. Result ? 7 goals in as many games (He has missed a similar number through injury. In years past we have given Lee Hughes and Gary Bennett grief and they score the winning goal against us, it would just be typical for Bradshaw to do it to us as well. (but I hope he doesnt)

I like to see an Ex Town youngster doing well elsewhere, so good luck to him. Would he get into this Town team? Yes..as 5th choice striker.

Worth remembering we did offer Bradders a contract for this season and it was his choice to move elsewhere.

I too like to see ex players doing well for themselves, but it is getting pretty boring reading threads about this topic weekly!! Still think long term we've got a better balanced strike force with the group we have at our disposal presently. It's an enjoyable experience to watch this team grow as a whole. I think we all know, one or two probably go on to bigger better things in the near future. Let's focus on the present and future not going over past seasons and ex player!!

Young Tom is the main man up front for Walsall now. time to move on. hope our defence will win the day on Saturday. worth contemplating if we had our squad in League 1, we might be above Walsall?

Personally hope he doesn't get a bad reception, but I fear he may, As for him not being good enough for our bench - he would start based on how he's done this season. And TBH, perhaps lay off the impersonation of a Bury fan, it makes me nervous with so long left this season
