Sorry for not replying sooner,im in the Algarve at the moment. You dont even know what your own county is called salop or shropshire.Your county needs rebranding as well as your football club. Fair play to you, I thought your clubs soap opera was entertaining enough on it's own but you are managing to make things even funnier. Keep it coming

Our county is our county... and we certainly don't need to share it with Worcestershire to put it on the map

With no confirmation that Admin Staff were paid when promised by the fine upstanding gentleman from Essex and no confirmation that the deadline to show funds available was met doesn't look too good for the Bulls...

What with Hereford being an internationally renowned football club, the conference would be mad to ditch them. Maybe someone should flag this up to the prem and it could be extended to 21 teams next season?

Feel for the fans, but probably best in the long term.

Either the existing HUFC club (now owned by some cockney crook) can now apply to join the Southern League, or just give up altogether and start a new debt free club from scratch (owned by their fans), think I know which is the better option! Good luck to them...

That's a blow in some ways, but it might be a blessing if the fans can get control of the club back.

Got to agree with JT .It may be a blessing in disguise for the fans in the long term but short term ?...first question they will have is what level they are going to be at next season...or are they better off missing a season and totally restarting at the bottom of the pyramid with a sound off the pitch structure ?

Sad new but the only way forward in the long run although it will take a great deal of support from Hereford council tax payers to keep playing at Edgar Street you'd think

Very sad news.
I am sure all genuine football fans everywhere will wish them luck in the coming months.
Once again this does bring into question the issue of 'fit and proper' tests of prospective owners. The new owner clearly looked suspect from the outset.

Suppose it for the best in the long run. They have been like a fly stuck on fly paper for the last few months, twitching but as good as dead. Hope they reform with a better leader in charge.

I always suspected that the new owners (and maybe the former one) had little intention of meeting the conditions laid down by Conference to save their status. Its my belief that one explanation for the promises , delays and procrastinations (not helped by the conference's indecision) was to make sure that no-one else (e.g. the Trust) could come in with a rescue package.
The drop from the conference means it's more likely the football side of the company will be unsustainable leaving the ground ripe for redevelopment alongside the new market recently built.
The saving grace may well be the "Asset of Community Value" certificate entered into by the TRUST immediately on its creation that will mean the Community must be considered and consulted before any change in use. Maybe something STFC supporters should bear in mind for the future ?
Very sad day for Hereford and it's supporters .

Will be a real sickener for the fans, especially after their run of results to avoid relegation. Not a total surprise though with a derelict ground no real fan base and the " businessmen" who have been running the club. Other clubs have come back bigger and better though and on the bright side they still have the cows!.. or is that being a bit mean?
