Didn't we have a thread recently bemoaning the lack of proper derbies this season?
Would much prefer if our rivals were in rude health so we can turn them over on the pitch as we did so successfully under Peters.
Now that was satisfying. Not picking over the corpse of dead neighbour.

So the coffin-dodging bull-buggerers have evaded yet another bullet. Will they somehow manage to avoid the guillotine again as this 10:00 deadline arrives? You are a veritable "word-smith" mate. Not many words, but full of meaning. Love it.

Not many words, but full of meaning. Love it. What can I say, mate? Those cider-swilling cattle molesters are like a six-fingered Harry Houdini of football's nether regions. It's high time they were put down, chopped up and fed to the pigs.

Amen to that SIJ. Surprised that you have'nt had any incoming flack from those who believe we should all show the love to other clubs who are in trouble financially. Its coming, it always is.

According to Keyte, Andrew Green is NOT a director of HUFC but is Agombar's accountant. He just neglected to mention this to the Conference Officials it would seem.
HUFC now only have 2 directors. Keyte and Agombar.
You couldn't make it up!

Would much prefer if our rivals were in rude health so we can turn them over on the pitch as we did so successfully under Peters. Now that was satisfying. Not picking over the corpse of dead neighbour. But for many fans Hereford is not a derby. If it were before the days of the Internet then I can't imagine many fans would be gloating at their demise simply because they weren't a rival. But in recent years you have had their fans mocking our ground, predicting financial Armageddon for us and taking joy in any of our downfalls. I don't have a problem with any of that because it's the nature of football but equally it should be of no surprise when some of our fans have a laugh at their expense. Of course I have sympathy for genuine fans who are seeing their club destroyed but I won't lose sleep over it just like lots of theirs wouldn't if it were roles reversed.

Chester have their 1st friendly in 5 weeks time. They'd like to know which League they are in.

Thank you for your concern over our problems. As a fan off HUFC for 40 years it's been a stressful few weeks hopefully it will be sorted next week. You have got a bigger loyal fan base than us but we are a bigger brand name that's why we get lots of coverage on the radio and on tv and maybe given too many chances. Good luck next season and hopefully we can play each other soon,we all love our clubs but we are all football fans and we have no control over the running of a club.

Well good luck from me. I'm fond of Edgar Street personally, and I don't give a ****ey's muck who knows it. I know a few down here who are as well.

Bigger brand name my arse. Basically you're a Conference club that got lucky, but now the luck has run out. Bye bye.

Bigger brand name? Well of course after all they are the 'famous' Hereford United the only team in history to cause an FA Cup upset... after they knocked us out the season before last!

I do wonder about the supporters down there and their inability- it would seem- to grasp the reality and do something about it. Hereford United are going to disappear, it may not be today or tomorrow but it is going to happen. Why they have not organised themselves and got the beginnings of a new club togerther is a mystery.

If being that well known means you end up with little support and almost bankrupt then I know which team I would rather be associated with!!!

I asked a relative of mine who lives in Florida if he had heard of Hereford United and he said he thought it was a club where cow men meet and discuss farming.

I see you have an identity crisis,as one of your other posts suggested.Shrewsbury is famous for it's Loggerheads sure you are everyone knows that.I can't think what else your famous for you definately need rebranding. Have you got a world famous breed of cattle, a cathedral ,a drinks brand or a specialist armed forces that you are famous for. Back to the drawing board at least Telfords got the Iron Bridge.Over to you.
