youngs salmon dinner tonight. fillet of salmon, saute potatoes, baby carrots, peas all in a watercress sauce. delicious meal, 10 mins in microwave and you have a delicious meal. £2 in sainsburys frozen dept.

ingredients 2 rounds of wholemeal bread 1 jar shippams sardine and tomato paste 1 tomato
method toast bread liberally apply paste whilst toast hot insert sliced tomato
