I think GT will now wait until the loan window reopens before bringing in a striker outside of the 25 man squad at one of the local Premier League clubs. There appears to be a couple from West Brom who could do a very good job for us, but I've heard that they're not sending any players out on loan.

hmm, not really convinced by any of them. Mostly either past it, or very young and barely played. Jon Macken is i think the only one that playred regularly last season, and i think he only got a few goals. Don't think Beattie got a single goal for Sheff Utd, and similiar for McGleish and Agyemang.

Prefer what we have over any of them.

Think the way to go is loan player, there are plenty of players around at prem/champ clubs, i'm sure GT will find someone.
