Amazing the number of so called fans that have a complete disregard for a clubs heritage. **** off and follow MK Dons. Amazing how many fans think it's worth manning the barricades over a badge.

Heritage... its a logo on a shirt. The shrewsbury fan die hard test now requires a need to devote every moment to a badge. Clip art is rubbish. But its not that important compared to staying in league 1. Your a fan if you support the team. That MK Dons point is nonsense

Good lad. Even those who don't support the campaign inadvertently agree with our thinking!

aesthetically there is nothing wrong with the badge, it's a lion and they are beautiful creatures. it's the idea that it's clip art that taints it for those against i think Yes nothing to do with the fact that it has nothing at all to do with Shrewsbury,or that it has both Shrewsbury Town and STFC on it . If it was a specially commissioned piece of art,it would still be unrepresentative of our town in many supporter's eyes. The fact that it has been coupled together on the cheap with clip art just adds to the fact that it is not up to our and our team's high standards. I don't think that clippy has to be replaced by a Loggerheads,I just want it to be replaced by something that will make me proud to see. When the Loggerheads flew over new Wembley I honestly got a lump in my throat, two years later it didn't feel like it was my club anymore. ok but again on a purely aesthetic point, a picture of a lion is not an ugly thing. Shrewsbury town has never been your club or my club, it's always been owned by a few but followed by many. If you dont feel the same way toward it that's your problem but i'm certainly not going to allow a picture on a shirt , stadium or on a programme dictate the way I feel. My feelings toward the football club are based on years of going to matches and surely that's the same for you.

Oh, and for those of you who keep telling me to "move on", I'll move on when I'm ready. Wasn't "everyone should just move on" the chief defence used by Nazis at Nuremberg? are you going to have a serious campaign or compare those who have a different view to the nazis? I dont think you can do both.

A picture of Cameron Diaz is a beautiful thing but I still wouldn't want a drawing of her on the shirt.

The club must be losing sales. I'm told there are now shrouds with the clipart lion on in the club shop. Personally, I wouldn't be seen dead in one.
