The West Stand is not the only place where the TVs don't work. Very poor show by the powers that be. Indeed true. last home game I don't think any of the tvs were on in the east stand either, and i'm not sure if the away end even has a stand now.

Speaking of Ryan Jervis did anyone else read his article in the last programme?
Very sanctimonious and pro establishment.
On the Robinson loan.. "Hindsight is a wonderful thing and those who cleverly and self righteously tell us the manager was wrong to let him go out on loan, and that the club made a 'school boy' error in not including a clause as to his availability for the match against his home club need to be asked why they withheld their wisdom for so long. I am unaware of any concerns expressed on transfer day. No one wisely counselled the club to ensure there was no clash of interest.''
No Ryan, no one 'counselled the club' because after the Hart, Davies and Constable contract fiascos it might have been reasonable to assume that we'd tightened up on contracts and had included what is after all a standard clause in Robinson's loan preventing him from playing against his parent club. But no..not only do we foul that up but as far as I can ascertain it also doesn't have a recall clause either.

Last home game, guests of the club from John Moores University Liverpool were attending to conduct a survey, and he makes a small, narrow minded joke about 'keeping an eye on your wallets'... That is why he is an idiot... Blimey, you really are devoid of a sense of humour. I also chuckled at the idea of John Moores students conducting a 'survey'... although I suppose it makes a nice change from using their colouring books and crayons.

If it was not for Mallet and others the South stand would be dead. The guy shows more passion than others around him so fairplay to man. Keep it up Timmy.

Oh I forgot to add my utter loathing of drums.
So whoever threw that Wycombe drummer out can claim a pint from me in the PowerLeague bar anytime. Well done!

what i find most annoying is the number of people who keep going on about how terrible the new ground is, the lack of character, no bookies, cant stand up, no atmosphere blah blah blah.
people have very selective memories and seem to forget how s**t the atmosphere was at the meadow 90% of the time, what a dirty hole it was, how s**te the pitch was, how the singing was really no better than at the new meadow, how you couldnt go for a p**s without wading ankle deep in someone elses urine and stood no chance at all of getting to wash your hands before you had a half time snack, provided of coarse you got to the front of the que at the very sub standard buffett.
nothing wrong with the new ground that 90 odd years of history and memories wont put right. i dont recall too many nice historical pictures on the walls of the gay meadow concourse.
