Port Vale and perhaps even Rotherham are not our main concerns now.
Torquay, Stevenage and Accrington most certainly are though!

Goal! Torquay 2, Cheltenham 1. Cheltenham will have to knuckle down.

Mr Deadman again.
He's well familiar with awarding injury time goals to the Vale.

Cheltenham have a goal ruled out as the officials couldn't be sure that it crossed the line (which it did according to SSN) .... Two free points for Torquay.

game in hand, but still. there are some real form teams in the mix now, if they can keep it up, then i cant see town getting much out of this.

I think the League need to act on the points deductions for Torquay and Hereford pretty smartish for fielding unregistered players (Robbo for Torquay). Surely they wont wait until the end of the season?

If we forget about Chesterfield who are already up then there's about a dozen teams chasing the 6 remaining places. I've thought all along we'd make the play offs but we need to win a couple and soon. Stevenage, Torquay and Accrington are the teams with momentum. Gillingham after a poor start have been reasonable consistent although with a lot of draws. I've got a horrible feeling we'll be chasing 7th place along with a host of other teams again.

Funny how 2 weeks back the top 7 looked nailed on, just a case of in what order, then Torquay and Stevenage come and spoil the party! The fact that we're 9th yet just 2 points behind 4th with a game in hand shows it's ALL going down to the last game I recon. Expecting a win last night but a 93rd minute goal makes it feel that way, Bury and Lincoln at home next up, am SURE you lot want us to beat Bury eh?..........

At least Robinson has helped us in getting some points deducted from them! What's the likely outcome?

Just look at Accrington's fixtures! Aldershot A Hereford H Northampton H Southend H Macclesfield A Oxford H Bradford H Shrewsbury A Barnet H Burton A 10 games and all apart from us against teams outside the top 10! 6 of their last 9 games at home too. Very, very worrying.

I’m pretty much back to studying the tables and fixtures after every round of games and it amazes me how often and how quickly the situation is changing.
Will take a draw at Bradford. They seem to have picked up after replacing the manager…
