Dissapointed tbh, its all seemed a bit of a panic from GT today, alright I can't judge yet but several young loans seem a bit of a drastic thing. Giving away our second top scorer to rivals is odd too.
Lose tomorrow and GT is under big pressure.

My main concern from what we've brought in, is a very distinct lack of experience. All youngsters with no proven track record, and mostly loans. Plus the fact we've shipped some experience out! Time will tell, but my gut feeling atm, is one of being a tad underwhelmed!

Seems odd to oust Robinson if no striker is coming in, The midfielder everyone craves is still missing, I expect Davis who can play right back will play there unless he plays midfield and the lad from Coventry plays at rb again. Nicholls surely wont come here to be 3rd choice else he would of stayed at Wigan surely, which means Neal is ousted. Please Holden has gone, no disrespect to him but the defence looks panicky with him in the side

Bit disappointed as it seems to be asking a bit much for three young players to come in and help turn our season round. Hopefully they will prove the "you don't win anything with youngsters" quote wrong again

Happy.
We needed a shake up and GT has done it. Are these the men to take us up, time will tell.

Massive risk from gt. The players he's brought in are very young and we have shipped out 2 seasoned league 2 players.... Let's hope the risk pays off, if it doesn't it'll put him under alot of pressure....

Lose tomorrow and GT is under big pressure. From who? What are we going to do change the manager again & get yet another new XI players? Whilst the number of loans is slightly alarming at least we're not wasting money on players on long-term contracts who we then pay off 18 months later.

well when Ainsworth arrived there were plenty in the bar saying why??? then for the first half of the season he was class. All we need is a few good wins in a nice run and everyone will change there tune

A bit disappointing to be honest. Don't know much about the young loan signings but not sure they are the missing links to make us a top 3 side.
Still desperately need the midfield 'general'.

And when you look at it he has been getting rid of players he inherited and didn't want while signing up good young players for next season in Grandison and Collins. If we don't go up this season i believe we Will next as GT is a manager i have faith in to get it right.

Can't judge Graham on this season. You can when it's GT himself who has banged on about promotion since the start of the season

Led to believe Elder is back in training - GT, from the way he has spoken about him in interviews, seems to like him and I reckon there's more to come from him than many who have written him off

Cheer up chaps... as at 2235, according to the bbc site , of the 19 players who have left premiership clubs so far in the transfer window... 3 have come to us... Not bad for a L2 side

I don't mind kids being trialed if it's with a view to giving them a longer-term deal if they turn out to be any good (a la Grandison).
I'm sure GT wants a midfield general as much as anyone, but there's no point in panic-buying if there are no decent options available (as the last 3 seasons or so should illustrate).
I note the Robinson deal hasn't been officially announced yet, so it's still possible some deals have been concluded which wil be announced tomorrow.
Still, GT did seem to hint at a maximum of 4 coming in and, if the Grandison rumour is true, then we've fulfilled that quota.

Good reports on all the young lads signed. Obvious reasons behind those leaving the club and best outcome for all parties concerned. Davies can play midfield but hoped we could of got 1 more for that general role b4 window shut so 7/10 for me. Proof will be where we are come may.

I don't doubt that we need to move some players on, but it's also a worry Turners own signings like Ainsworth, McAllister and Harrold seem to have fallen out of favour in recent weeks. They are experienced players and we should be getting more of out of them
