Having just scanned through the online availability for tickets, it would appear quite likely we're on for sub 4,500 on Tuesday night.
Never seen so much availability on there so close to a match.
It's starting to feel eerily similar to last season.

Will be a very poor crowd.
I know Tues match's arent the best anyway for crowds but the last couple of results would undoubtedly put people off.
However the performance last night will be a major factor as already a few casual fans I know who said they would probably go, have now said they dont think they will bother because of that performance.

I reckon about 4,200
However, if the form can be turned round the gates will go back up, but Roland will be a very concerned Chairman at the moment.
I think GT is his last throw of the dice!

Working Tuesday night, I'll miss my first home game in all comps since 2007.
A few years ago I'd have put in half a days holiday and gone.
That shower aren't worth wasting half a day holiday on.
Anyhow, there's some over time involved and it will go toward next seasons season ticket.....

Hmm... 140 mile round trip, diesel £1.34 a litre, temperature forecast to be zero, team playing absolute rubbish Burton unlikely to bring many so no atmosphere and NickO not there to cheer me up.
On the bright side, Sky Atlantic is launching with some cracking shows lined up.
Decisions...

Even I'm not coming, and you know me and Burton matches. Not sure how many Burton are looking at, probably depends on how they do today and whether the feel-good factor's giving them a buzz.

I won't be there - first time in ages. Huge dentist appointment in the morning (ugh) so probably won't be up to it.
However, I was at Oxford and Bury so perhaps I have earned a nice warm chair at the dentist instead of watching such dreadful displays of something that is supposed to be football!

Going, and hoping to see at least one new midfielder in the team AND hopefully a settled formation from then on.
....................and a manager less concerned with how the opposition plays and more concerned with how we play and how we get the ball frequently to the players capable of hurting the opposition.
....................and Trewick to earn his wages by getting some work done with the players on freekicks and corners.

Going, and looking forward to it. Even though my day will entail getting up at 6am, before returning on a train arriving back at 7pm, even now watching Shrewsbury isn't a chore for me

But perhaps not the worst thing given recent STFC performances!!

It'll probably be around the 5,000 mark, just because i think Burton will bring with them about 600.

Dissapointing as a sub 4.5k crowd might be, its should not matter a jot to the players... after there recent run its time to step up and put in a shift weather there are 10,000 town fans or 1...
Who ever makes this game (I will be there) deserves to a see a performance of some fight....

perhaps this is a reflection on how far the club has come that we are a little down beat about getting a crowd of 4500. such a fixture 5 years ago would see us struggling to get 3000.

I reckon it will be the lowest gate of the season, struggle to get over 4000 IMO

Smoke and mirrors really though, because 5 years ago there were nowhere near the number of ST holders then, who are included in the attendance figure regardless of being IN attendance. Not knowing how many there were then its hard to judge, but I wouldn't get too carried away with tomorrows ACTUAL attendance.

Going tonight, expecting a low quality scrappy game as Burton didnt attempt to play much football in the game at their place, so I wouldnt expect much different tonight.

I think 4,798 attendance with about 375 from Burton. Going as I own a season ticket, looking more forward to it than I was at the weekend. Always go
