Anyone who knows anything about football knows you always build from the back and that is what GT HAS DONE .simple really. Arse. I suggest you read the laws of the game Martin the winning team is the team scoring the most goals so unless you have attacking players you don't score, even a 5 year old knows that. Just about to write to the Lancet to report the first case of contagious anal fixation I hope J doesn't mind being a medical guinea pig.

Why do you spoil a sensible post with your usual stupid comment. I suspect that in the 56 years I've supported the Town they have finished in the bottom half more times than they have in the top. If I was a fan who only wanted to support a winning team I'd travel every other weekend to London or Manchester. Yes the defence looks strong especially with competition for Raven's place in the team, but unfortunately the defence doesn't win games and too many drawn games can leave you stranded in the lower reaches of the league. In my opinion Turner has not tackled the three outstanding problems from last season pace, creativity and a goalscorer. Until those areas are improved I'll stick to my bottom half prediction. Change your name again Ed from HOPE2010 to Pessimist4ever. Only if you change yours to "Neverright" first.

Proved that it's possible to entertain without scoring many. At the risk of stating the bleedin' obvious, the important thing in getting results is not attacking players, it's the team as a whole and its ability to be a goal ahead at the finish.

I'm not sure the casual football fan would describe Spain's performance as entertaining. It demonstrated excellent technique but their games did lack excitement. Compare this final with the 58 or 70 finals now those were entertaining.

At this stage about two-thirds of the clubs in this division probably fancy their chances of making the play-offs. At the moment I'd put us in that pack.

Why would I compare it to one of poorest world cup finals I have seen the problem with this final was that only one team came willing to play football.

Biggest threat - Home supporters lack of patience and over optimistic expectations.
