Apart from suspect goalkeeping the World Cup thus far has had some standout moments, notably the drone of the Vuvuzela horns. Opinions on whether these are good or bad, add to stadium atmosphere differ greatly. Personally I can see them appearing at grounds next year (if allowed in and not banned). Would they be a welcome addition to the Greenhous Meadow? Would you spend a few quid on one? Thoughts people!

I hope they're not banned, love the sound of them and think they really add something. Yes from me.

Not a chance!
Just imagine your sat in your seat blowing your horn with the noisy end a yard away in someone else's ear..... can't possibly happen in an all seater stadium in this country,
Well put it this way you wouldn't be blowing it in mine

No No No No No No!
In fact I'm going to send an e-mail to the Club this afternoon requesting that they be banned.
This needs to be nipped in the bud very quickly indeed.

The question also has to be asked..what sort of mindless loser regards it as an afternoon's entertainment to keep making that bloody noise for 90 minutes?
Unfortunately, unless those vuvuzelas are banned there will indeed be idiots who will try to torture us.
A lifetime ban from the ground should be the absolute minimum for anyone caught making that racket.

Can't see it being an issue. Sure some kids might want to take one to a match but can't see grown men marching down the Oteley Rd with their vuvuzela in hand. I do however fully expect it hear them at Accrington this season. They'll help their ultra's make even more noise next season.

I note here (BBC Sport) that FIFA and the South African authorities are considering banning Vuvuzelas from the World Cup stadia. There have been complaints from players, fans and broadcasters. "If there are grounds to (ban them), yes. We did say that if any land on the pitch in anger we will take action." Time for someone to take one for the team and chuck one on?

It sounds like the games are being played inside a beehive . They make nothing but a drone ( excuse the pun ) and it is like mental torture . If anyone stands near me with one of those things you can expect the V to be wrapped around their neck . They are truely awful but they still sound better than the ITV commentators and pundits .

Yes. Hopefully someone will chuck one onto the pitch..preferably rammed down the throat of its perpetrator!

"Some kids might want to take one to a match."
If one kid has one they'll all want one. It's an issue alright.
Needs to be stopped before it starts.

They aint even vuvuzealas, they are normal horns. I got a vuvuzeala its virtually impossible to play the damn thing anyway. I wouldn't be bothered if the family stand were allowed to play them but anywhere else perhaps not. If the club can make money from selling blue and amber vuvuzealas then i won't be bothered to much.

We have clowns who bang the back Walls of the stands, shout offensive songs so let's get something fun and enjoyable bellowing out!
