Just read through all the rules.

I'm rather confused as to why I'm on a final warning and I haven't broken any of them

Why do you now have to sign in ever time you go on B&A whereas before you could stay signed in for specified periods?

try signing in 'forever'

also you need to accept and keep cookies to stay signed in

let me know if that does not cure your problem

Oh look the rules were changed last night at 1.03am. Wonder what changes were made?

as you are probably aware mike as i sent you are curteous pm explaining my actions, i removed your signature as you were using it as means to carry on a petty dispute against me

having checked the rules i noticed i had not updated them to include this rule even though i have previously announced it was a rule

here back in 2009

Thats not a very nice way to talk to someone who has merely asked a question.

Just thought it would be nice to notify people when amendments are made that way we can all stay the right side of the rules, can't we?

maybe you can check the rules now to see if there are any more loopholes you can flaunt

Nothing wrong with the rules as they stand IMO.
Pretty simple and straightforward - act the prat and you get warned . Continue and you get banned - its all there for people to read.
Possible to have a bit of banter as long as people dont get personal .
Carry on - fine as it is.

for the last 3/4 years i've been overly fussy on accepting new members

for example

your email address contains the initials tufc ? telford ? torquay ?
and yet your username has shrews in it
you are using a webmail email address,
and your facebook does not have a genuine name

no offence but due to experience those sort of things make alarm bells ring

if you have a genuine facebook or proper email from your isp please contact me direct

let me know a little about yourself etc

again no offence
we do badly want genuine members
we just dont want hassle

if you contact me i WILL accept you

but we are not as tolerant with new members as we are with verified members
we put up with genuine members when they are having a a bad time

we delete and report unverified troublemakers

hope to hear from you and dundee etc asap
