Look at the two kittens. The one on the left is Philip, he's having a whale of a time. Look at his little eyes! Now feel your anger recede...calm like an ocean...

So to sum the situation up. 1. Mrs Tolley has heard something about Peter's which indicates that he may not be the good manager that most town fans hope he is. 2. However Mrs Tolley refuses to say what she has heard about Peters. Refused to confront him about it at the supporters meeting. And its seems has no plans to raise the issue with Peters in the future! Let's assume what has been rumoured is true. Peter's secret is reveled and he is sacked by the club - we all say "Well done Mrs Tolley - you were right all along" but we're left with a club in trouble as we have once again appointed a duff manager! Either Mrs Tolley is starting to think what she has heard about Peter's isn't actually true, or she would rather save face by not having the conviction to say what she has heard and actually talk to Peters about it. Bizarre

Bizarre im not gonna say im wrong until im proven wrong-everyone has their own opinion on the bloke, just coz mine differs doesnt mean you can all started putting pressure on me to reveal what ive heard. and then just because people think i should go and 2have it out" with gp, doesnt mean i have to you know. if the oppourtunity came about then yea.... i would. and what on earth had made you think what im on about is a sackable offence? u lot have turned it into some kind of conspiercy(cant spell it ) theory- you have started guessing the most random rubbish that you can. ever though its not quite THAT bad, just enuff to make me shift my opinion?!

so from this thread Ema knows something, of what she's not quote sure. Glyn likes ordering scampi, chips and peas from a curry house Jamo awarded bec the crappy post of the thread award. A guest is implying your al computer nerds Gripety is again getting rage And petes posted up some cats. This is almost as a bad as the whole, with a little bit of will Gay meadow could be redeveloped into a 900,000 all seater megabowel thread We may be the b+a clique, but at least we're not the Shrewsbury Town mafia (and that includes all the stewards and you whitters) Oh and Lazyshrew, you compared one of britains finest citizens to Adolf hitler, a man responsible for trying to exterminate a race off the planet, thats why you were castigated, much like when cycnical shrew comes on and says that black men come beneath monkeys in the evolutionary scale he gets a shead load of s**te

This whole thread reminds me of a Little Britain sketch.. "So Ema, You've heard a rumour about GP?" "Yeh I know" "So why won't you tell everyone about it?" "I dont like him" "But you have to tell people! You've just rambled through 7 pages!" "Yeh" "So, are you going to tell everyone what you heard?" "...No"

The opportunity to ask Peter's is there through Shrewsweb; or a direct meeting with him. It was also there at last weeks open meeting. if you don't want to betray the confidence of the person who told you the info on Peter's, I'm sure there must be a third party you could go through. You are clearly worried about an aspect of Peters management - concerned enough to post your worries on the message board. What I, and I guess other people, can't quite fathom is why you are content to wait and see what happens. If your right you will have the satisfaction that you were right, but won't you feel a bit guilty that you didn't do anything to sort out the problem before it had a negative impact on the club? I know I still feel a bit guilty I didn't question Ratcliffes manangement in the season we got relegated. If the supporters had been more willing to question him at the time we might not have got relegated.

Sorry Beccy, but if B&A is the clique that you say it is then Ema is a part of it. She is friends with loads of people on here and is coming on the trip to Barcelona next week - proof!!
This thread is all about Ema having an opinion which differs wildly to other people's. There are posters who think Gary P is great and doesn't like what she's suggesting - there are others that don't agree with the way she defends her view on the basis of withheld info.
I don't think anyone has insulted her or done anything of the like.
One person at the start of the thread suggested it was because Jamie Tolley was out of favour with GP - and yet that poster was one who, correct me if I'm wrong, doesn't post a lot, nor knows many other posters in person.
Every day there are disucssions on here where people have differing views with each other - it really does annoy me when people suggest it's a clique because there is a majority view - that's the way the World works!
The idea that B&A is a clique is utter rubbish.

I think this all boils down to the fact that GP has never rated Sam, Jamie or Tinno. He came in and promised a clean slate and made them all feel part of a team 'cos he had to to achieve his stated aim, survival. Now he's released two of the above and in a way maybe gone back on his word. Life is tough and even tougher in the world of football. I know for a fact that Sam does not like GP and never has. For what it's worth I think that the players have had it to easy under the previous two managers and GP has ruffled a few feathers (Senior Pros) and given a few people a kick up the arse. I totally agree with what he said about Sam and Luke at the meeting, the only thing I didn't agree with is that he should have releaed Jamie.

wow, my head hurts from what it looks like, Ema has an opinion, but doesn't want us to know the facts behind it. Which is fair enough as it's already been stated. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

to see that peters is a mad, axe wielding nut case......or more likely to see that he puts a bit of "spin" on what he tells us and the press, just like any other manager. i think he'll drag this club up by the boot laces and if he doesnt get the backing (priamrily from the board) he'll wave us cheerio.
