LOL at Mal W's comment regarding Town colours.
That'll make a few people unhappy!

I liked that one too.
Glad to see the amber one didn't win. Only because I want the blue and ambers stripes back and as someone pointed out we wouldn't have that with the amber shirt as our away kit.

Certainly my preferred choice, glad it wasn't the red one - find it hard bringing myself to sing "Come on you reds!"

It was my favourite kit, and excellent work by all those involved.
I have a sneaky suspicion that we'll still end up using a red kit, but there we go!

Unfortunatley my kit finished 2nd, lets hope the town go one better than me. How about designing a logo for the make of our kit, because the fans have designed it and altough mg sportswear are making it i think we need our own make of kit as the kit as been designed by one of us the fans. What about using the B&A logo asa kit make but only have sports or sportswear written underneath the logo or we the fans could design our own logo to go on our future kits that we design? gallery27718.fotopic.net/c114813.html

i think they'll shift a few of those shirts cos as long as the material is a decent quality, hopefully like the white patrick one, it will be a good shirt to wear down the pub
AND they don't make a mess of the badge either, phew!

Its a dam shame we were not allowed to wear a black kit because out of my collection kits i did, i'm proud one of my kits came through and got second, but at the end of the day out of my collection this one was my favourite but we are not allowed black kits in the conference and maybe the club didn't like it anyway. images.fotopic.net/?id=2752469&outx=600&noresize=1&nostamp=1

no offence Dand, but that black one really is revolting, just a personal view sorry and as for the badges, i see you are putting our old badge as the new logo, i like that concept, clever again, just my opinion, well done for getting into the final three and only just missing out next time lad, you'll go one better! ;D

Unlucky Dand our kid...2nd though, good effort that... I have to say that I voted for kit one as I thought it were better than the other two, not because I think it's a top shirt... ShrewsWear (or whatever other name is chosen) should be the way forward, even if it is MG Sportswear who manufacture the shirt (I hope not mind, the quality compared to other manufactures is appalling)...and the old 'Shrew' badge is perfect for the logo...I've a very nice round white, blue and amber pin badge with the shrew in the middle which is ideal as the logo. It would be nice to have our own club sportswear. Is this something that the club have considered? Lets hope we have some input into the choice of the next home kit...has to be blue and amber stripes for me!!! Any news on the clubs idea to introduce a TOFFS retro shirt?

The proposed club retro shirt, I believe, is not going to be made by TOFFS.

Now the white one has been selected (I voted for the amber one) I am expecting a blue and amber shirt (in some form) for 2005, the white one is ok, might grow on me when it is made for real, my dream is to see a black Town away strip one day, we need to go for something different sometime in the future, are we all afraid of change or something? Blue and Amber hooped shirt for 2005 then!

The aim is that for the home shirt we do the same thing. So in twelve months time we'll launch a similar competition, subjcet to the club argeeing of course.

Hopefully MG sportswear wont trash it by making their brand name part of the Club Badge........will they learn from the last attempt?
Stick with the current logo too - not keen on the 'Shrew'

I dont dispute that the shrew is part of our history. We have used a number of logos for the club, I think mattsnapper has them on his site.
Just saying that I dont like it, I prefer the Loggerheads myself.

the loggerheaps is the club logo today and hopefully will be for the eternity of shrewsbury town fc. The shrew is to represent the fans who design the kits and is the symbol of the clubs envolvement with the fans and as part of the shrewswear logo if it gets the go ahead. Its looks better than MG Sportswear anyway.

Certainly my preferred choice, glad it wasn't the red one - find it hard bringing myself to sing "Come on you reds!" It will be interesting to see how many times the team plays in red next season - no less than this season I should imagine.
