Controversioal thread.
My penny's worth is that all aspects of anypersons wish to be here should be judged on individual basis, however nothing and no-one from any country should be able to insist on being allowed to claim asylum, as these individuals are a drain on the socity we currently live in, and all which is now turning britain into the "Fine Em" place we are living in, IE new road tax system,, now talk about being fined for nothing, if you are a day late getting your road fund license its gonna cost you £80. However if you purchase your licence on 25th of the month you still effectivly pay for the Whole month, therefore fined for nothing, etc etc. question though, why do asylum seeker's prefer britain to say, Germany, France or Holland?? is this because we give our taxpayers money away quite freely with scant regard to whoever is recieving?? or is it because the aforementioned countrys investigate deeper to find the real needy therefore making it harder to gain entry??

would you agree that in the last 300 years America has benefited greatly from legal migration for their economic development
and the biggest threat to this was white racism?

I have my doubts that you are even a STFC fan. Maybe if you are so proud of your beliefs you could meet us all at the BridgeBuilder in Telford tomorrow and Introduce yourself. But in truth I think you are just some S**Tstirrer coming on here for the wind-up. Nah, I'm a Town fan (exiled), have been since the glory days of the eighties. I'll pass on your polite invitation, but my friends and family all know my political beliefs and affiliations and none have disowned me so I can't be that bad. I was actually back in Salop for the Telford trophy game, joining in the booing when the Burberry boys started their "no surrender" chants, but I admit to laughing at "a town full of Pakis" (not that that's the way I'd express that particular sentiment).

Well said Bilbo. And if you think STFC fans are remotely interested in your BNP rubbish or it might prove to be some kind of fertile recruitment ground then you're sadly mistaken.

I'm just here trying to put the record straight as to the original PeeCee poster who stated that minority parties are filled solely with morons and thugs who posses lesser morals than your enlightened selves.
Truth is they are supported by many decent and intelligent people whose views are just a little different to yours.

Which area are you exiled to Mr Cynical? I would assume its an area of wide cultral backgrounds. You clearly have reasons for being so narrow minded.

Paul, the new Continuous Registration rules coming into force will only punish people who don't pay road tax.
It will be a very useful tool in attacking vehicle crime and achieving the aim of safer roads.
Don't understand your points about buying a tax disc on the 25th?
And am I right in stating that more people leave this country than come in? Or at least, that the numbers are similar?

enough said Twas funny to see working class youth rejecting contemporary mores, all they were doing is singing a statement of fact. I don't codone this sort of thing, but it's no more/less moronic than the usual "come join us" "no surrender" and "shropshire ambulance" drivel that passes for singing at GM, and it upset a few uptight PeeCee fanatics.

The biggest laugh is asking for people to approach the BNP with an open mind. Get a grip on yourself son - or maybe that's been your problem.

Sorry Cynicalshrew, but anybody who chooses to follow a party led by a holocaust denier and convicted criminal (check the facts) such as Griffin, I fail to see as being particularly decent. Spot the BNP councillor in the photo below:

It just shows morons will be morons.

I live in one of the Lancashire mill towns that Cynical bangs on about. I live in a terrace. On one side I have an Asian family- hard working, polite, pleasant. On the other I have an extended pikey clan- loud, obnoxious, shaven headed truant kids smashing everything in sight- so much for my "indigenous culture", I know which I prefer.
The BNP had a purple patch up here a couple of years ago, but they're on the decline now, as people start to realise they haven't got the first clue once they actually get elected.
This country needs more people- colour and culture is irrelevant. Shifting and varied cultures keeps things interesting.
We screwed the large chunks rest of the world over for 200 years, to complain when a few of them move here is breathtakingly ungrateful.
BTW, Joe Totale is your user name a Fall reference?

Hands up who wants to see a picture of Stayvie Bull (boo! hiss!) happily posing with the former deputy leader of the BNP in the Express and Star?

Steve Bull pictured with Councillor Sharron Edwards. www.freedompartyuk.net/public/partynews/Wimbles.jpgSharron Edwards is former deputy leader of the BNP (she featured prominently in a 1999 BBC documentary on the party) and is now a councillor for the splinter Freedom Party in Wombourne.

So, what about my points about the BNP's leader? And what about Staly's excellent example? a) What exactly is "holocaust denial". Please give me a definition. When the British people are to be made a minority in their own country in 60 years (genocide by the UN's definition of these things), how is the "holocaust" relevent? b) Anecdotes about the behaviour of ones neighbours do not make a sensible and coherent argument when concerning immigration policy.

He's gone quiet. These people vote BNP: www.chavscum.co.ukThey think they're owed something. They vote BNP out of the misguided belief that "immigrants" are picking up all the benefits and "handouts". I work and pay taxes. I've no problem with anyone else, whatever nationality, who works and pays taxes- the NHS would sink without immigrant workers. Some immigrants come here and "sponge", which is a little annoying, I grant you. Far more of our own dear "indigenous culture" do the same. Witness that foul woman from from Rochdale on "wife swap" a few months ago. Racism is ignorance and fear and the BNP trade on that. They have an agenda which they daren't openly promote.

Holocaust denial is denial of the holocaust, duh. A discredited and frankly foul strand of revisionism briefly popular a few years ago.

Plus, the BNP trades wholesale on anecdotal stories about immigrants, so don't give me that. Living up here I have first hand experience of their election tactics.
