Darby was by far my man of the match. As for not creating anything, what about the inch perfect pass to Street, right on half time? That should have opened the scoring. His RECENT scoring record, since his confidence has returned, is 3 from 6 games, which would equate to 20+ over a season. We certainly need him, not only as a target man, but also to hold up play, long enough to get support players forward. The other 3 all give away possession rather too cheaply. Possession of the ball is important, so don't give it away lightly. I am also an admirer of Cramb's skills, but would not start him away from home, where the work ethic is even more important.

Stu Dunn said that Darby went missing second half.
As for the 'hungry' side of things, I agree with Jonah that it has been missing.
However, not from the likes of O'Connor, Rodgers, Howie, Ridler and Tinson.
But over the last two or three months it has been Cramb (and I am a huge fan of his), Darby, Tolley (I'll forgive him his injury), Street etc. and the coaching staff that I've been concerned with.
They don't look hurt enough for my liking.

What how p**sed of did Darby look after getting pulled of last week or when they equalised on sat he was manic - i can take the i dont like darby for his football ability but hot is heart or commitment - he unlike Luke recently is the one who is fighting hardest WelshShrew I reckon that in a few weeks you will see how much darby cares - most on sat could see it and he will be the one that fights hardest out of the forward players (ps did you go on sat Welshshrew - im not having a go but sat was the most evident that it has been that this Darby does not care stuff is rubbish)

Precisely why I posted over the last 2 or 3 months Pricey! He seems to have had a good game on Saturday but still I question whether he brings to the team what we are paying him a massive whack of cash for. I'd say no. And you honestly question Luke's desire?!

Lukes desire - humm im 50/50 at the moment - yeah he trys hard when hes on but seems a little unbothered as he knows he will be ok next season if we stay down - some one will gamble on him ( does he miss a jemo moaning at him to motivate him??)
Its clear he aint half the player he wsa last season and has lost some pace - i hope that he is just coming to terms with this and will become a better all round player. I would still start with him every week and it does upset me to see his carrer is going down hill thanks to this club/manager/form/injurys
As for Darby the signs get better and better every week that it could be money well spent come the playoffs but for most the review of weather Darby was worth the cash will come after the season has ended!!
