It's rumoured that the Telford v Shrewsbury match will be all ticket, with you getting the east terrace too!
I'm quite miffed about that!
To be honest, I'm so f**king p**sed off I'm considering complaining

Our secretary confirmed on here a week or so ago that it is NOT all ticket. That is unless the police have made a late change.

They have, apparently, Ant.
Millwall only got the South end and they'd have bought thousands more than Shrewsbury could ever dream of. Why should Shrewsbury get preferential treatment?

come off it sim, the stand holds 2,200 the home end 1,300 thats 3,500 ! that leaves us the away end + the east terrace 3,200 you will have 3000 max we will have 2500 max whats the problem no need for tickets just a need for the east terrace for town fans

I'm not convinced TUFC will get 4,500 fans there for the game. The deman from STFC fans is likely to be large. I'd guess that's what the decision will be based upon.

Whats the point of being at home? Good job Leigh RMI didn't take that attitutude else we'd have only got 200 tickets in a 10,000 capacity ground The point is Bowya - if you don't give Salop more than just 1,500 tickets will it lead to hundreds + of 'away' fans getting tickets for the home end? My guess would be yes.

what is wrong with making it all ticket but giving shrewsbury the away end (1700), 200 seats (of which you wont get any now - more moaning) and then half the east terrace (600)
what about the telford regulars who WANT to stand on the east terrace, now they have to go elsewhere - why should they when its a HOME game

If it's all ticket (don't think it will be personally due to STFC's secreatry comments previously) - how on earth will they be able to get all the tickets sorted in just a week?
STFC fans will be coming from all over the country, a week isn't enough time to get postal applications into the club and for the club to send the tickets out.
If (a very big if) it is all ticket then it's a very late decision

They can't make it all ticket now. how would they communicate the news to exiles and deliver the tickets? West mercia told us right fromt he beginning it would NOT be all ticket, they've had since september to change their minds this is a silly rumour

could say the same about a 8000 capacity.
Thing is; would shrews do the same? I think not!
I'd rather have one side half empty than 3000 shrews in the ground to be honest.

You haven't answered my original point though Bowya about having Salop fans in the home end if we only get 1500 tickets. Unfortunatley it would happen if we only got a small allocation which, by all accounts, we won't be getting.

Re: money, shaw turnmed down millwall's offer to play at their place plus gate receipts from that. TO PLAY AT HOME Would doubt he needs the 30k give it chester And ant, its a tyricky one - but you'd be annoyed if a local side took half of your ground.

Thing is; would shrews do the same? I think not! Well we wouldnt need to would we Just give us the Nagington End, a third of the Roberts stand and half of the East Terrace and that will be fair. Telford get 2,500 spaces when they come here so to ask for at least 2,000 spaces at the NBH isnt too much to ask seeing as TUFC cant even average 2,000.
