Another "yes" vote. Expected no more than a point tonight to be honest. Aldershot have some really good players and we aren't a team.

Hang up yer team sheet as well as yer boots Mr Quinn. New boss for 04/05 please. I see even the smileys on here are getting more upset and frustrated as the season goes on.... Sounds like the kid didn't do too bad though, look forward to hearing the match reports.

I really think that we should be saying cheerio sooner rather than later cos he's consistently failed to stick to any regular tactics and he often chops and changes for no apparent reason. We need stability and we need a manager with the skills to be able to coax the undoubted ability out of many of our players (oh, and we also need a manager who recognises, along with 99.99% of the population, that Kevin Street is utter w**k!!!)

All faith has now gone. Hereford (a), Barnet (a), Exeter (h) and Telford (a) are the next 4 games and I recon they will all be harder than the one we've had tonight. The season could be all but over in 2 weeks time

Absolutely dreadful performance tonight following the inept display at Forest Green and the poor performance at Telford. The side changes every game and he still cant make his mind up about which team to play. Its about time that Wycherley reads Quinn and his hangers on the riot act.

Can someone please email Quinn and tell him he's not allowed to vote in this poll.

Lads, can't really see this happening...
...important two days ahead with the transfer deadline on Thursday. Quinn's gonna have to get busy on the phone tomorrow big time....we need at least two midfield players bringing in...
Poor performance yep...but i gather he's been forced to play 4-3-3 because of injuries and whathaveyou (didn't help with Edwards forced out early either)...he needs to strengthen the squad and I'm sure he'll make moves to do so...
Where was Tolley? Where was Lowe..and now we may have Edwards out for a while...

It's all heat of the moment, it would be a bit more balanced this time tomorrow. I take offence by that I judge Quinn by the, well, God knows how many home and away and pre season and reserve games I have seen this year All year we have been waiting for his magic second gear as we shoot towards the play offs brace yourself, another Luton is just 5 weeks away

Has to go? Any manager who writes in the program we only need to win four out of the last ten games to get in the play offs get me worried when you think of who we are playing, hereford, barnet, telford, chester, stevenage, exeter morecombe, taking in to account tonights performance i can only see two game max from above that we will get anything from

I really had to think hard about this and make sure I voted with my head and not my heart after tonights result.
After thinking long and hard I decided to vote yes, he should go. JQ has had a huge budget and be back strongly by the board this season. He doesn't know his best XI, he hasn't got a clue what formation to play and after last season I'm fed up and wary of supporting managers who don't produce the results.

I did not mean that everyone was reacting on the spur of the moment, but I'm sure some are. We've lost, and lost badly. Sacking him before the end of the season, however, is never, ever going to happen.

Sacking him before the end of the season, however, is never, ever going to happen. No it isn't - he is here for the two years. But he should not be given a vote of confidence - he has engendered none.

Quinn could get you promoted by the end of the season and you'll be looking a bit silly then Last season Wolves were decidely ropey in a lot of their games but still went up through the play-offs. Only Chester have been consistent this season - it is still possible to get promoted while playing numerous games below your best.

But which would you rather be?
Playing well on a limited budget with players working together well and fighting for each other
or
an expensively assembled squad of people who don't know each others names playing constantly weird and changing systems without an ounce of fight or bottle or pride in their shirts
I would take the former every time, and for that I congratulate aldershot fans on seeing a good performance from a good team and a deserved win.

I agree,Quinn out. He's nearly as good as that little s**t Ratcliffe who was responsible for you're current predicament. Still, can't complain too much. It's a joyous night for Chester fans. Best of luck for SATURDAY.

This time last season we were looking relegation in the face, the board stuck by the manager. Now we have reached nearly the same time in the season again, now is the time to make a move, while we are still in a good position to make the play offs and attract a good manager. The board have watched the same ‘stuff’ as the rest of us and must be aware that the teams around us play 100% better football than we do, the we are the big guys is not an excuse to be used anymore. Tonight I felt like I was watching the same side as last year fighting relegation, not promotion, Howie’s confidence has been knocked to pieces by Tinson, who should give the captains arm band to O’Connor, he was the one urging the players on. Street and Sedge although they try are either not good enough or totally lacking in confidence as are most of the others , lacking confidence in there own ability and in that of the manager who is failing them miserably

I'm trying not to be too pesimistic but this is the worst I've felt at home since last season... There are two major factors .. Quinns lack of consistency in team selection , formation and playing players in the wrong positions. And the board for not reminding him what he is here to do... so I think a vote of confidence to Quinn from Roland is just wots needed... Else Roland its you next .. the hurt from last season hasnt gone... and the pain of this one is becoming unbearable. Act now before its too late.
Btw I do actual think we have a decent enough squad bar some cover and a left winger.... but that they all look like frightened puppies at home .. come on Town give us something to believe in...

sorry about tonight lads, genuinely...but we'd have Quinn back in a heartbeat and Street for that matter, they're both winners in our eyes. I know we're a different standard, but he's done it for league clubs as well, keep the faith, it's too late to do anything else anyway!

dont really wanna say quinny has 2 go but something has 2 b done for the clubs sake. i dont think it i actually quinnys fault for the way we play, although he is the manager, but the players are on the pitch, they r the ones who pass the ball around-at times- and play football-i think!!! wen jimmy came on tonight i know im not the only one who noticed that we played a bit better than what we were before that!!- i know that doesnt count for much.so y does it take a 44 yr old player to show the younger lads how 2 play the ball in and around the box!-give or take a few dodgey ways of controlling the ball! ???the quality is there but its individuals playing not a team!!we dont seem 2 gel n thats whats annoying me 2 b honest.with the team changing nearly every game-be it quinnys "tactics" or not- the "team" are not a team!!!they dont work 2gether well kevin street-where do u start...liability luke rodgers-probably get slated for this as usual-really needs 2 stop being selfish and pass the ball in and around the box!!! colin cramb-dont know what 2 say really, his diving antics are just pathetic and is really p**sing me off! tinno and howie situation has got 2 improve because now more than ever the defence has to got to be tight! the quality is there and i think thats what frustratin most people.the players weve got ,individually could play div 3 players off the park...team needs 2 be sorted out because if nothings done now we can kiss hopes of promotion this season goodbye
