Just had a message from me Stoke City mate... 'Just been browsing your board Perks and noticed they've reserved Block 31 of the sentinel stand....probably best seats in the house them so you might aswell get em there.' ...so I reckon we'll have a bit of that, well played all those involved in getting this sorted...

Hi Ant
Well done mate....brilliant news.
I will contact Judy and congratulate her and club on this.....I had a bit of a go at her over ticket arrangements for Season Ticket holders for yesterdays game.....so a slce of humble pie is in order.
Had a great night out last night, met players in Dun Cow and Crown....Lowey, Sedge, Sammie, Scotty, Mossy,Dave, Jamie, Trevor and Joe Hart. Nice to see Lowey leading the sing-song!!!

This is brilliant - a great initiative by Ant and an excellent response from Judy and Ian.
I'm just crapping myself now in case all the seats go before I can use my Priority Card on Friday!

Not wishing to put a dampener on the euphoria over the B+A block booking ( Well done Ant et al) BUT as a mere mortal who is going to have to queue with the plebs who do not have season ticket, priority card etc I am a little concerned that with so many B+A posters claiming they are going to snap up 10+ tickets will I be able to get one? Seems like there will be a lot of B+A posters who perhaps will not be in the block

Great work from all concerned to arrange this. Fantastic.
I'll email the club directly, but thank you Ant for your work on this - hope to see you all soon.

I have read the website and it says there is no limit on number of tickets I can buy. Is that with 1 season ticket tomorrow, or do I have to produce a Season ticket/Superblues for every ticket I buy ?

If Block 31 has sold before all B& A posters have been able to secure tickets, which sounds very likely, will we be able to request seats in Blocks 30 or 32? Or will it just be a case of being given what you're offered? So many questions!

To be honest Leicester Shrew I have no idea on this, I guess it may be possible but not sure in what order the club are selling tickets.

I'll put it another way Ian...
When you buy a ticket can you specify what block you wish to sit in or do you have to take what's given to you by the club?

doubt there will be anymore put by, be happy you've got one block. we're already getting some sh!te about doing that, ho hum.. Can't see that being fair (ed: You and the club staff getting grief), as technically, you haven't really " done" anything. You aren't preventing anyone buying tickets in that block, I'm sure if someone walks in you don't ask them their username before issuing a ticket, all you're doing is giving us a waypoint to aim for. Ant could just have easily have put up a post saying "all head for block 31", and no-one would be any the wiser. If someone says "Can I have a seat by the centre line", no-one's going to say "what's the password?", are they? You're not giving preferential treatment in any way that deserves any kind of grief mate. The only differences between us and other block bookings are that we haven't handed the cash over all in one go, and we don't have exclusive rights to the seats for the same reason.

I'll put it another way Ian... When you buy a ticket can you specify what block you wish to sit in or do you have to take what's given to you by the club? we are giving behind the goal and on the side of the pitch, but doing a block at a time. so there is some choice, but it is impossible to allow people to chose their exact seat.

First off let me say that I agree that it has been a brilliant bit of organisation by Judy, Ant etc to get this sorted out so quickly. I think the atmosphere that this will help to create will definitely help the team on the day. However, is it not a strange decision to let people buy as many tickets as they want (within reason)? I personally don't think it will be a problem to sell out our allocation, and quite likely that it will happen quickly. But why should somebody with a season ticket be able to by 12 or more tickets at a time? With 700+ season ticket holders a huge number of tickets could be sold before Friday. Surely a limit of half a dozen per person would make more sense? As a priority card holder, I am confident that I will be able to get a ticket on Friday but as for those who have to wait for general sale to begin, well thats a different matter. I know everyone says get a priority card at the start of the season and you won't have this worry but that is not strictly true. If you're not a regular but you know someone who knows someone who has a season ticket you're sorted today or tomorrow. Hopefully, as with Mondays game this ticketing policy will be a great success and everyone who wants to go will be able to. I don't think it will be such a happy outcome on this occassion though. Anyway, moan over. For those who have managed to get in the B&A block, make sure you keep the atmosphere going throughout the match, hopefully it will rub off on surrounding blocks. Here's to a great day out.

i agree with leicestershrew. it is ridiculous that people can get so many tickets on only one priority card/season ticket/ etc. i had a crap wembley experience due to being miles away from my usual riverside mates and i dont want this to happen again. but now just because i dont have a priority card and have to wait until general sale i may not even get a ticket at all!!!! my saving grace is that i know someone with a priority card who hopefully can get me a ticket but i'm pretty p**sed off about the speed at which the B&A area has gone; at the same time i applaud the club and ant for sorting out the special block which admittedly will make the experience better for some (though not me!) than it was at wembley. grrr all seater stadia: who needs em??
