No coffee whatsoever (though I did have something liquid which was brownish in colour when I got in from work! ) Didn't get in from work till gone 1am. Unwound with a can whilst watching Sky Sports 1 Monday Soccer Special, then Sky Sports News for a bit. I then found Happy Days on Paramount to relive my teen years. Finally on computer to check B&A and my e-mails. I'm a night owl who doesn't sleep. Average nights sleep is about 3-4 hours. Surpassed myself last night with less than 2 hours, though I am known not to bother going to bed at all. If I go to bed early (I count midnight as early ;D), I usually wake up at 2am! Yep but there are noticeable effects. You wouldn't think it but Chris is actually only 21!! ;D

Not 1-0 to grinfish at all. See my post at 4.30am this morning on other threads!! Then I did an e-mail to the ASFC lot and went to bed just after 5am. Up again just after 7am with the kids!! 1-0 me!! ;D I was still up, just not looking at the board, as everyone else had turned in. That's my excuse and I'm sticking with it! I'm just as bad at sleeping, my working day is 6-6, but I find I can't sleep on work nights, then claim back at 14 hours a time on my off-days. Unfortunately, I also become a night owl on my days off, so my sleep pattern is totally erratic!

Chris you should try not sleeping all day at work Seriously mate I don't know how you do it. If I don't get 6-7 hours a night then I'm a mess the next day! Yeah and I bet you're getting 6 to 7 hours every night with Lauren!! (That is his 4 month old daughter, not his wife, for anyone who may be thinking anything else!! )

internet poker will wreck your sleep - all the big tournaments start at 2am UK or 9pm EST
I dosed off during one last week and when I woke up 100 players had been knocked out and it had only cost me 300 chips

Jimmy came on as a sub and scored a belter as the third but there wasn't enough time for an equaliser. Do you think Jimmy wants to right some 'wrongs' ??

Check out that feck off blue and amber flag along the terrace - can someone knock one of them up for Block 31 so we can cover block 29 with it!
