I can play Is Nick playing? If so ask Andrew to play? I assume thats directed at me Rob, if so I can no way make it and Nick is busy with work and revising, as he is busy on the Sunday. As the way the season has panned out I think this is a bad day for a game for Shrews fans.

its a bad day because you have a match on the SUNDAY? i find that hard to believe - yes the asfc are at the cup in london or where ever but 11 people on a saturday shouldnt be a problem (this isnt having a go at pete or the others involved)
its no different to any other saturday

I might be able to make it if you're struggling.
Only 24, and at least I remember being under 20 unlike certain members of this boards......

If that last bit is directed at me leek boy you can stay the other side of that dyke for good As for your comments Lee its not like any other Saturday, my son has his GCSEs this month and has to do Sundays revising Saturday OK. Warned Boss not to expect me Monday if we win.

Spoken to Nick he says he's playing in his usual left back slot, so it seems like Andrew is not a breast of the current situation. NEWS FLASH Harry Bingham has just been signed.said he will play for us, I think he's reasonably good, doesnt mind where he plays. How many have we got Me, Harry Nick Murray Iain Afro Jules Welshshrew Priceys bro TOAO? Pete?

How many have we got Me, Harry Nick Murray Iain Afro Jules Welshshrew Priceys bro TOAO? Pete? Well done Rob for getting Harry on board, and no need for the question mark by my name, I'm in! As for kit...I doubt we will have the shirts available that Ant provided last time sadly, I certainly can't pick them up off him before they head off to the Chaos Cup. We would all need to provide our own shorts/socks/boots etc, so I guess everyone may have to wear their own blue shirts too sorry Bad news from Wrekin College is they wont let us book a pitch for whatever reason and I tried the BRJ school but they have removed goalposts etc. It may be worth chancing it at TCAT, I heard the proposed tournament that was due there could be postponed for some reason...and even if it isn't, I can't see how they could use all 3 or 4 pitches. Like Lee said it may be worth just turning up and playing, even if it would mean no changing facilities...

I'm pretty sure SCAT have taken their goals down for the summer...I will ask Murray what the chances are of booking the astroturf at Shrewsbury School (should be free of charge I think) if you guys don't mind playing on astro?

Just checked, Shrews School astro is booked up on the 15th. barstewards. There are tennis matches on the courts next to it after the booking, so they wouldn't let us go on, for noise reasons and also wayward shots (not aldershot fans ) flying onto the courts... nads to it.

Are the goals still up at SCAT? I thought they were taken down? If they are still there then I will try and book that!

I will ask them tomorrow but I doubt it, they won't want commoners like us messing up the pitch ahead of their legends game I will go to the ground and ask tomorrow morning, failing that I will give Sundorne a go...tho I may struggle to get there before Saturday due to work, do they have a phone number?
