That sure is an interesting rumour. I doubt it's true but if the land purchaser wanted the land immediately and paid a little over the odds for the privilege then would the club be up for this?

I heard Dunedin had bought the ground (they who built pride hill and Darwin shopping centres) and want us out immediately at the end of the season.
Groundshare with our friends down the road for a season.
August 2005 move into brand new meadow.
Also heard a while back that Jennings had got it for 13 million!
so who knows

that was an interesting rumour that surfaced last night, couldn't find out the basis behind a groundshare anyone care to enlighten me? It is just a logical idea that has amazingly become fact How can we ground share if no-one knows what will happen to their ground? Would the police allow it? Never, Chester had to go to Macclesfield The Shrewsbury @ NBH thing is surely another silly rumour? I await to be proved wrong

I have to say a lot of rollocks has been talked in this thread. The announcement was due yesterday but one of the relevant parties was unable to attend due to other commitments. There is no problem and it will be announced. I do not have a date as yet, but have been assured that everything is fine, so stop panicing. For the record - Dunedin havent bought the Meadow -we are not groundsharing with Telford -totall bull that one. -we dont not have to leave the GM, until the NM is built. I'll think this point is also part of the the orginal planning application. And cynical shrew - please go up your own backside and stay there!
