Challis Lawrence O'Connor Aiston Street
All obviously showed passion.
However, the "team" look like a bunch of strangers thrown together at the last minute to play a B+A under 20s/Veterans game.
No rythem no shape no idea no plan a let alone plan b (unless lobbing on two forwards counts) no width no-one there to say "loo, take a deep breath, 1-0 down, not the end of the world, keep on pluging away"
These are the problems.
Made acutely aware when Luke Rodgers would rather shoot from 30 yards rather than out sprint the last man.
I believe if he stays, they'll be a change, he is now fully aware what the "excellent" support think of this and recent performances.

Leave the Manager alone. He himself must know that he is useless and he knew it before The Rat gave him the job. The clever one is Roland Rat who continues to throw up smokescreens to fool the true fans while he pulls off his property scam! We have tremendous players.....individually.

Who the fcuk are you, i won't leave the manager alone if i think he's $hite i'll say so and he is. As for Roland well he's keeping us afloat and out of the red, his comments still do haunt me though about "how i will never let this happen again " concerning our then league status and just avoiding relegation. We do have good individuals at the club and JQ is doing his best to ruin them one by one.

The Rat set out to fill his pockets at the expense of 'our' Club. He is like a crap barman. The one who tells everyone that his 'beer is the best in town'. If you say it enough......the thickos believe it and drink it! Ratcliffe could rightly put on his CV "The Worst Manager in the whole history of World football" but Roland Rat has to be the Worst Chairman from a fan's point of view. He set out to rob The Club of it's 'Jewel' and by buying the 'Ians' of this world actually, although naively, thought that he could pull it off. Absolutely No Chance. Meantime the best club, by reference to attendance and pedigree, becomes a mediocre Conference side!!! Stop him now!

Will be intresting to hear JQ's comments tomorrow, who thinks the board will be having a meeting very shortly with the outcome of a vote of confidence for the manager.

Both goalkeepers underused again tonight but "hey" its the Conference.
I think with the substitution of O'Connor it went a bit wobbly. And then when Telford scored Shrewsbury Town fell apart. Until then Shrewsbury were well on top without exactly frightening anyone.
However the first hour looked better than the replay of the FA Trophy - simply because it was a balanced side.
How can we be so s**t and still be in the play-offs?
Laughable.
O'Connor is the heart and soul (and brains) of the side. Unfortunately his legs are rarely up to 90 minutes of football.
Street showed some excellent touches. He is so a central midfielder. But he isn't a leader.

Oh dear, I was disappointed. I was right behind the goal. They had plenty of chances to shoot... or was shoot not a word they understand? I'm not an expert at football but I can see passion or lack of it, afterall I've lived in Shrewsbury all my life. How about a manager who might not necessarily know much about football, but has heart and passion for the club? Or is it they just think there are 30 games in a season and just do nothing for the last few games?. It was like that last season. I myself would like to see a local team with local players, after all, they have local fans. I've only been to a few games this season, but out of the ones I've been to, they haven't actually WON.

I felt like crying tonight aftyer the game, once more my pride as a Salop fan has been severly dented.
I sang my heart out for 90 minutes tonight with many other town fans and ocne again the team didn't perform.
I said after the Exeter game on saturday that we'd never show the kind of team spirit they did to come back from 2-0 down, tonight proved it. If you can't motivate a team for such an important ganme like this tonight - when can you? Time to leave the club Mr Quinn and don't let the door hit you on the way out

In 4 meeting this season lads I think that all Shrewsbury are missing Is passion, they never seem like there up for it, I think it’s all down to the manager And he’s motivation skills, they just don't want to play for him. Spot on Wenlock. YOU SEE QUINN, EVERYONE CAN SEE IT BUT YOU YOUR FECKIN MUPPET!
