thats the sort of motivation i needed There is nothing like being a farmer- the wind in your face, the early rise, the hard work and effort, the reward of a nice cup of tea after a long day, the feel of a cows udder, the feeling of feeding a baby lamb......

Ian I can assure you at my tender age you will not see as much skill as Cramb but a great impersonation of the worst forward we have !!

I am applying the under21 rule of two over age players, it's just that we're going to have two under age altough they must be 32 or over to stick to the spirit of the game.

If it's good enough for the England U21's to have overage players (max of 2 innit?) then it should be good enough for us to have underage players

Ant has some shirts for us but we have to bring our own shorts and socks. However if anyone as access to a full kit that we can loan that would be preferable . I thought that it would be better if we could gather as soon after 9:30 as possible to give us some time to organise and warm up, Although i am aware that some people have work committments that may make that time difficult for them.

You'll be wearing the old STFC first team away kit - the Argentina copy.
Although the kit is short on socks and shorts so you'll need to bring some of those.
