just got back from the game....well the margate fans were great!!! got them singin the adams family....they couldnt help but laff!!went down well me thinks!!then a bit of " 1 team in shropshire" and then the margate fans started " ure just a small team in shrewsbury" neva laughed so much me,mum(sib),carol,jo,charles went and there were 4 other town fans there!all singing away! me n mum(sib), got them singin our songs n theyve taught us one or two for the weekend!! a great night out all round!

Yes, I thought there were more than expected, you must have made it about 35 or so!! Ironic chant of s**t ground no fans, responded by no ground, s**t fans!! ;D You must be easily entertained if that made you laugh em!

Couldn't make out most of the songs and I was stood about 20ft from the end of the east terrace in the 2nd half!

Funny that it was only late in the second half they found their voices.
Obviously too dumbstruck by the quality of the football on display in the first half!!

u lot were at home u made a MASSIVE ( ) crowd of just over 1,300 and we couldnt hear u lot singin!!!!!! yea well said pete!!!! about 5 fans at margate on saturday-at a push for telford!!!!!

Those that go will not support with any less passion than and Shrews fan.
As I keep pointing out, until the Conference start awarding bonus points for home and away followings, its hardly going to hurt anyone is it??
People fail to acknowledge how badly TUFC has been run in the past and that is why support (particularly away from home is so bad). Its not an easy situation to resolve and its not going to change overnight.
I feel sorry that this appears to be the only source of pleasure some folk get!!

three of us in the stand we recognised carol
margate were a little unlucky first half telford could do no wrong up front and margates few chances went just wide macenzie pulled off a v good save at 2-0 3-0 killed the game off
2nd half was dire
