The Station End was better than I expected.
The majority of away ends in this division to date have produced worse views.

Agreed Ant it was good fun being in there for a change, and as for moving from the Gay meadow with facilities like this in the away end maybe we should reconsider.

The Station End was better than I expected. The majority of away ends in this division to date have produced worse views. was it full? as when we were there the view was quite awful when surrounded by people!! i think the terrace isnt stepp enough. please dont start a our ground against yours war, just stating my opinion. the view from our terraces shouldnt course you a problem

>>was it full?<< No ,only the same amount as telford bought
>>as when we were there the view was quite awful when surrounded by people!! << Fans or people from telford that might have just been intrested in the fixture.
>>i think the terrace isnt stepp enough. please dont start a our ground against yours war, just stating my opinion.

The terrace has small steps but is very wide. STFC ground has character better than a lego effect,"IMO", The view won't cause a promblem as the "stepps"
;D are shorter than the wakeman&riverside and we can all see perfectly.

The toilet had a roof on and we started the game and finished it even if we did have a spot of rain.
Unlike the best stadium outside the football league ;D

as i said didnt really want this to happen. at the gay meadow standing on the terrace i couldnt see much of the game because the terrace isnt "steep" and is alot flatter than ours. and telford shrews dont you think the new meadow will have a "lego" effect or are the deisngers planning on making that look like a shed with "character" too? ;D and our toilets are inside and theres more than two toilets and doesnt stink either!! if it wasnt for the ref our game would of finished too. what happened for the burton game?!

Lee, I wouldn't start the games called off this season argument.
Gay Meadow, one game postponed this season due to rain.
NDH One game postponed and one abandoned due to rain.
Although the BBC did announce the Forest Green game was abandoned due to a waterlogged pit, which I thought was very accurate ;D ;D ;D ;D

To be honest I thought the view from the Station End was better than the view from the Wakeman End.
The worst terrace I can recall for views is Cheltenham.
BTW, why was anyone standing on the Wakeman End for the Northwich game?

Me and Dad discussed the same point Sean.
It's the whole 'Ive stood here for donkeys years and a bit of a torrential downpour won't be moving me' argument, which I like a lot!

""STFC ground has character better than a lego effect,"IMO","
So you don't want a new meadow then, suppose you could take the trees with you.

our old ground is far far far better than your old ground our new ground will be far better than your new ground we win Dodgy toilets on the station end? Short memories Lee, remember the old Bucks Shed, my goodness, made Rab C Nesbitts underpants look as clean as an operating theatre
