dont normally bother (if ido it might be a bannana) but since i have been writing a dissertationa nd then rising early so that i could watch the kyle show...i mean revise normally hit the weetabix, depending upon size of bowel and amount of milk left in the fridge, i normally hit 2-5 bowel capacity is key to how many Weetabix you can consume, though through cost of living i imagine most people have moved on to supermarket own brand now

Boring really...when at home...
Cereal & a cup of coffee on gym mornings
porridge with raisins or sultanas and a splash of honey, & pot of tea every other morning.
Only gets interesting when away on holiday!
