Is it true that if they get promoted from this glue league they are still in another glue league

Spot on again guys, more glue next season regardless. Still, suppose we can take heart form the fact we decide on who our directors are and we aren't mistrusting of them. I couldn't care less if we played in the Telford Combination, we have a club, no-one is going to profiteer out of us and things look bright. Would I rather be in division 4 or whatever it is? Yes, but I'm not going to get upset about it!! And Pauline, you've got to expect this kind of thing, it does, after all, make a change from me texting in as "shrews fan" calling for GP's head after one defeat, but, of course, none of the B&A community would stoop to such low levels in reverse would they?? Suppose its all relative really!!

Spot on SNFC just like they don't sing about us anymore at their home games, just like some b&a members don't post as guests on Buckschat , say one thing and mean another for certain members on here

Perhaps others should take the same point of view, all the cr@p so called ones give RS but they still give coverage to the soon to be Telford Combination counties lower unrecognised side

there where more than one or two, selective hearing eh wiganner? Most were at Shropshires most important match of the afternoon, therefore the maximum amount of listeners wouldn't have heard the full amount of feedback after the game.

Not fussed about the messages taking the mick because thats football rivalry, you gloat when we lose, we gloat when you lose. What does get on my nerves though is when you gloat that is just rivalry/banter, but when we dare to gloat the usual KFC response is "we are 4 leagues below you, why are you bothered about us, its pretty sad". Now surely that works the other way around as we are 4 leagues higher than you so why are you bothered about us? Shouldn't you be gloating when your current local rivals like Willenhall lose But SNFC just to pick up on the "we have a board we don't mistrust", I work with a number of KFC fans and I can assure you they don't feel the same way. They may be in the minority but there are some of your fans who aren't in agreement with the "aren't we lucky to be owned by our fans (such lifelong fans like Shakey ). Then again they are the first to turn on anything that has some sort of links to us taffy sewer rats ie McNally, Shakey, Tolley, Drysdale etc etc

I don't think theres too much chance of Shakey coming back with the current board To be fair to Telford (very hard to say) you have to give them their dues with the way they are trying to get involved with the community. Makes you wonder what would have happened with Andy Shaw had tried that. A lot of money and good community links isn't a bad combination

My work place is within spitting distance of the Bucks Head and I too have to share an office with two KFC fans who are not totally sold on the whole "fans in charge of the club" scenario. They remain a bit wary and suspicious and to be fair i think i would feel the same if i was unfortunate enough to follow their team. You get the impression that sometimes it's all be a bit too smooth. Having said that there are definately lessons for Town to learn in terms of new initiatives and general community involvment. A lot of that is down to Shakeys commercial acumen and i would welcome him back to the Meadow anytime in that capacity.

I heard one or two comments by Town fans about their "pub league" before Rob the Bucks text. Tit for tat To be honest, I didn't hear the previous text by Town fans, I was in and out of the room, getting a meal fixed, as we have a visitor staying. So I only heard a selection of texts- not every one. If I had heard it, I might have not made the comment I did. It's well documented how I feel about gloating, either way!!!! It can misfire and come back on you like a boomerang! I thought the comment had come out of nowhere, unprovoked. So I just thought, "Fair play to them for celebrating their win- but that was unecessary!" So it was provoked!! O.K.

There are always things that can be done better and I think Lee Carter is fully aware of where he wants to take the club and how he wants to do it too!
I think it will be a difficult summer, regardless of whether we win promotion or not, as everything the board do will come under closer scrutiny after the honeymoon period is over! This year's crowds etc have been formed on the back of a wave of euphoria, now its all about doing it based on actualities!
The trick, I suppose, is to make everything appear smooth on the outside, even if things aren't great on the inside, a bit like the "swan" effect really!
