Had a quick scan of the retained list thread before coming to this one. It is absolutely wild to me that there is anyone who would be happy to see any of this lot here next season with the possible exception of Price if he can stay fit for more than 45 minutes.
Astonishingly unfit and lazy and one of the most striking things to me is what a staggeringly thick bunch they all seem to be - barely a football brain between them. Where are the intelligent runs? The cunning passes? The ability to anticipate? Even basic 6 Yard passes seem to be an arduous chore. If you fancy watching these players again next season then good luck to you but it's an overwhelming no from me.

What's your argument for not wanting Bloxham, Marosi, Udoh, Benning or Feeney here next season?

Just got back......we were awful, defence a shambles, unorganized and slow.2nd half...the last 20 we picked up a bit,and the best players on the pitch were indeed Bennett and pricey, and that tells me a lot!!.most of the others I'd let go....you wouldn't miss them would you.to be fair to udoh, he's done well to score 11 goals in that team, and also a mention to benning who had a steady game TBF....yep I now look forward to next season, and a complete overhaul in playing staff.....we need it big time👍👍

Keeping Udoh should be a priority for us. We’ve seen with recent signings just how difficult it is to find strikers who can score goals. 11(?) goals in a team as bad, and at times negative, as ours is a solid effort. I honestly believe he’d get 20+ in this league playing for a decent side that creates chances. I really can't see where this love affair with Udoh comes from. Yeah, he's the highest scorer this season with 10 goals (big deal) and yes, he's been used as a target man when he is nothing of the sort. I can't remember the last time i saw him control, move, or lay-off the ball when closely marked by a defender. He is far too easily outmuscled.

He's the best we could get He usually works pretty hard, fights for the ball and isn't that bad at link up play. He does actually score too. He's hardly prolific but he's as close to it as town have been for some time. Of all of the other players who could be considered strikers - Bowman, Phillips, Mata, O'Brien, Bloxham - they've played a total of about 5000 minutes between them in the league ( equivalent to about 55 full games). Goals between them - 4. Take out Bloxham and those other 4 have played about the same minutes as Udoh and produced 2 goals all season. Town would have been relegated without Udoh

Gutless, clueless, spineless and passionless
Couldn’t give a flying fig who is and isn’t on the retained list - I actively dislike this group of players and wouldn’t care to see the back of the lot
Micky Moore needs to go too, and for the good of OUR club, sell up Roland

Earlier on in the season,I said, our top goalscorer would get 7/8 goals....so to be fair with udoh....11 is not a bad return, all things considered

We've scored 35 goals in 46 games. He's scored 10 of them and made 3.

I've never known a more lazy weak minded group of players. It is clear to see the difference between Price, Bloxham, Bennett and some of the other players. Serious question - do they look worse than the relegation to the Conference team? At least the Conference relegation team could score goals.

I dont completely disagree and I dont think he has been the same player since his injury but I do think with more service he would get more goals

Why can the team and management get them “up” for the away games, but not at home? Our home form since Hurst returned has been dire. Yes, the question is why? Especially the last two home games?

Well that conclusion to the season was as expected really, summed up everything that has happened time and time again. We turned up for 15 minutes in the match had opportunities but failed to take them.
It could have ended up 4-6 and the “woodwork” will need repainting given the beating it today.
It matters not to me really who he keeps just as long as next season we get a semblance of fitness, cohesion and creativity with positive outcomes.
I’m off touring France, Germany and Croatia this summer, haven’t told the other half that the Euro’s are on 🫢
Enjoy your summer break everyone, come back refreshed and raring to go COYB.

According to Rolands Godson he want 15 million Greedy chairman " desperate to sell the club he says at the AGM " He is having a laugh at 15m so the chairman himself wants £10M the accounts value us at £10.8m a school kid ( no idea of his age actually ). says £15m and you run with that one

Very late back from this, would have to see the highlights, the second goal looked offside but Orient hit the post/bar several times. could have been 7-8.
A forlorn performance, the midfield doesn't connect, the defence is poor.
I'm glad Udoh got his 10th league goal -that's quite an achievement in this team. Shipley tried a few efforts, I wonder if Sobowale was given the game to show he's worth something - he didn't do himself many favours.
When Bennett, O'Brien and Price came on they eventually controlled the game, of course the game was long gone by then, there was a great set of passes around 73 minutes that will make no highlights reel but it was controlled by O'Brien.
Glad Price got more gametime.
AOB is the biggest enigma I've seen in a town shirt - he's actually two steps ahead of anyone in a Town shirt.
Marosi was waving at the fans a lot - I sense he's on his way now.

As we were leaving the stadium on the supporters bus, I looked to my left at Lidl. I thought to myself, "I'm coming here shopping on Wednesday, I bet I'll get more entertainment than I have at the football ground".

Although to be fair other supermarkets are available.
